Effective time management techniques are not a new concept - but they are still one of the most frequently expressed needs amongst managers. This module aims to help you learn to use these techniques effectively in your role and cut down on the time used spent searching for things, dealing with interruptions, checking, chasing and handling problems, crises etc. It will also cover setting priorities, managing yourself and recognising those opportunities to use your time to best effect.
