There are 7 modules that make up this course. They cover the procedure for making and obtaining a confiscation order, applying for and granting a restraint order, appointing a management receiver and the role of the prosecutor in enforcement. The course is then further sub-divided into four mini-modules on Absconders, Cash for Forfeiture, Cost and Compensation and Reconsidering Confiscation Orders. The final two modules cover investigative orders and how to deal with money laundering offences.

Modules
Overview Estimated Completion Time: 5 Minutes
An introduction to the Proceeds of Crime modules, including module descriptions and navigation instructions.
Confiscation Estimated Completion Time: 40 Minutes
This module covers the procedures for obtaining and making a confiscation order.
Restraint Orders Estimated Completion Time: 45 Minutes
In this module we look at applying for and granting a restraint order, the effects of restraint orders and what to do if the order is not obeyed.
Management Receivers Estimated Completion Time: 25 Minutes
This module covers when a management receiver should be appointed, their powers and how to apply for one.
Enforcement and Enforcement Receivers Estimated Completion Time: 40 Minutes
This module looks at the role of the prosecutor in enforcement, Enforcement Receiver's powers, assessing when to apply for a receiver and how to apply for one.
Reconsidering Confiscation Estimated Completion Time: 50 Minutes
This module is divided into 4 "mini- modules":
- Absconders
- Cash for Forfeiture
- Cost and Compensation
- Reconsidering Confiscation Orders
Sources of Information Estimated Completion Time: 30 Minutes
This module covers investigative orders, who can apply for them and the role of the prosecutor in applying for them.
Money Laundering Estimated Completion Time: 45 Minutes
This module identifies the stages of money laundering, the various money laundering offences and defences against them.
