In this module you will be introduced to the new Performance Development Review (PDR) process which replaces the Performance Appraisal Review (PAR) process as the tool for managing performance in the CPS. During the module you will cover:
- How to enter the >INVEST< website
- How the PDR process will boost staff performance and morale, and help individuals understand their role in the CPS
- It will show how the career family map provides a transparent view of all jobs within the CPS
- That there are two family groups: Operational Delivery and Policy Delivery and Corporate Services.
- The skills and valued behaviour framework, the core skills, the valued behaviours and the professional skills.
By the end of the module you should be able to explain how performance will be managed using the PDR process, use the Skills and Valued Behaviour Framework and complete a PDR form.
