The Managing Poor Performance module is designed to assist managers in understanding the detail of the Managing Poor Performance Policy, revised in 2007 - it is essential learning for all current managers and for those new to a management role. It can be used as a stand alone module and is also useful as a refresher when you have to deal with potential issues under the policy.
