Managing Attendance

 

The Managing Attendance module is designed to help managers to achieve improvements in attendance levels through balancing the needs of the organisation, the needs of those staff who are ill and those staff who remain at work. It has been designed to support the updated policy, launched in November 2007 and is essential learning for all line managers. It can be used as a stand alone module and is also useful as a refresher when you have to deal with potential issues under the policy.
