How do I induct? module is available to support Line Managers in the induction process for all new staff.

Total Time (approximate): 35 Minutes

By the end of this module line managers will have received help on the following:

• Developing and valuing staff
• Preparing for the recruitment and interview process
• Preparation for the induction of new staff members
• The induction programme
