This module is designed to help Line Managers deal effectively with issues raised under the Grievance procedure, which was revised in 2007. It covers the steps that you need to take, both informally and formally and explains about sources of help and support. It also covers the appeals process and how to manage the modified Grievance procedure. It can be used as a stand alone module and is also useful as a refresher if you have to deal with potential cases under the policy.
