Effective Delegation

 

A good part of a manager’s role is knowing when, how and who to delegate to. Without effective delegation your role can become overburdened and your team can begin to become frustrated and feel that they are not developing – this module aims to take you through the key rules for effective delegation so that you are able to make the most of the resources that you have in your team members. It is intended to be a practical guide and is equally useful to new or experienced managers in any position throughout the CPS.
