This module on dealing with issues under the Disciplinary Policy, which was revised in 2007, is designed to assist managers in understanding the detail of the Policy, what steps to follow and what support is available. It is essential learning for all current managers and for those new to a management role. It can be used as a stand alone module and is also useful as a refresher when you have to deal with potential cases under the policy.
