Following completion of the module staff will be able to: identify what to expect when applying for a post within the CPS; carry out a self-assessment; complete the application; write an effective Supporting Statement; list the possible types of selection; state the CPS policies on notification, feedback and the addressing of concerns; and describe the CPS policy on equality, diversity and disability.
